We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is verified.

 

Order Issues:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
