Shipping policy

THANK YOU for shopping with Keshaé.  Every order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive beautifully packaged and ready to elevate your self-care ritual.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.  During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

LOST or DELAYED PACKAGES

Keshaé is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.  If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping courier first, then email us at hello@keshaeshop.com for additional support.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.  Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
